Mr. Angeletti began his Defense Industry and Government Contracting career in the 1990s for a non-profit Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation firm where he developed and managed internal Information System services (intranet, corporate library system, etc.). He progressed to program management, support of foreign military sales initiatives, acquisition innovation, contracts, and business development across his nearly 30 years in the industry.

He’s spent the past 10+ years focused on Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements and other non-FAR instruments, including the development of the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office’s (CDAO) Tradewinds OTA community, where he managed engagements among 14,000+ defense industrial base members in navigating the AI/ML opportunities and engagements for CDAO. In this capacity he was also tasked with conducting technology scouting initiatives in support of various project of interest to the CDAO.

Mr. Angeletti is known to contribute to the industry through various volunteer positions with AFCEA International’s Small Business Committee, the NATO DIANA program, speaking engagements, and more. His technical and professional services background spans acquisition, information technology, AI/ML, cyber security, additive manufacturing, training, physical security, and propulsion systems.
